Die Casting Workshop

The die-casting workshop specializes in zinc alloys. Hydraulic machines (50–130 tons) shape molten zinc (380–420°C) via automated ladles. Operators monitor panels; robots extract warm castings. Deburring machines trim flash, inspectors check specs. Labeled zinc components await post-processing—precision in every piece.

Electroplating workshop

Badges/medals enter; cleaned to remove oils. Dipped in activation solutions. Plated in tanks—gold, silver, or nickel deposited via electric current. Rinsed to remove excess. Dried, then inspected for even coating. Qualified pieces proceed to next stage.

Coloring workshop

Badges/medals enter; prepped, then sprayed/dipped with colors. Cured in ovens at controlled temperatures. Dried on racks. Checked with color-matching tools and inspection lights. Approved pieces move to finishing—each step refining vibrant, consistent hues.

Quality inspection and packaging workshop

In the inspection area, badges/medals undergo scrutiny: checked for color uniformity, edge smoothness, and logo clarity under magnifying lights. Defects flagged; passing pieces move to packaging.
They’re counted, then sealed in protective sleeves or boxes—some with custom inserts. Labels add product info. Cartons are sealed, ready for shipping—quality secured till delivery.
